When is free shipping not free? When you already paid too much for the product you are ordering!!! It pays to shop and compare. If a store offers free shipping, they are making that cost up somewhere else.
So we are proud to say our shipping is not "free", but we do offer the best prices we can, every time!
We now offer you the choice of using either Canada Post, or FedEx. Occasionally you will get the message that a parcel is too big to ship via Canada Post, but rest assured, we have yet to find an order too big to ship. To proceed with that order, tick the FedEx option, but put a note in the comment section that you want it shipped via Canada Post. We will confirm shipping rates with you prior to shipping. Now that we have a US warehouse that we visit weekly, we can also offer the option of having your order shipped using USPS, which is almost always cheaper than shipping from Canada. Of course, we will always refund the difference in shipping costs, and provide tracking information.
International orders need to be a minimum of $20 due to the extra processing involved and credit card fees incurred.
Duty costs will be extra, and paid to the corresponding government bodies, where applicable.
The Canada Post module doesn't always understand the miniature world, so if you are ever in doubt, add a comment with your order and we will not ship until you approve the actual costs. That way you will know exactly what the shipment will cost. Please note that the shipping time lines are provided by the respective carriers and denote delivery times expected from the time the order is processed, not placed. We do our best to get orders out in a timely fashion but if you have tight timelines, just drop us a note in the comment section and we will be happy to accommodate when we can.
We give credit vouchers for merchandise returned within 10 days, in good condition and original packaging. Shipping costs are borne by the purchaser unless the item is damaged during delivery.
